"Sea of Flags" is the working title for a documentary about the grassroots, human response to the Iraq Body Count Exhibit which is currently touring the US, heading for Washington DC in fall of 2008.

Like the IBCE, the Sea of Flags documentary is intended to be an non- political, non-partisan grassroots effort which seeks to stimulate people to share their feelings regarding the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan by engaging in dialogue with others from all sides in order to find comfort and seek resolve.
